Who we are
This website is run by Nine Knots Yachting, with offices at 6 Monsignor Angelo Roncalli St., Nessebar, Bulgaria and Porto Carras Marina, Neos Marmaras, Halkidiki, Greece. What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, plus trip details for a charter, or details of your yacht if you ask us to sell it. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings or charters, pass your offer to a seller, send you new listings if you signed up for them, or discuss selling your yacht. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, your consent for the new-listings email, and our legitimate interest in replying to messages sent to us.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared with a yacht’s seller, owner or their representative only when needed to arrange a viewing, a charter or present an offer. Forms on this site are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which stores submissions on our behalf. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and for up to two years afterwards so we can follow up on the same yacht or search. You can leave the new-listings list at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to us at the email above. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
